Handy: mother has golden tip to give baby medicine
It is always difficult to give a baby or a small child medication. Nine times out of ten they spit it out because it's disgusting or weird because you try to get it in their mouth with a syringe. This mother has the ultimate tip, which has been shared on Facebook more than 120,000 times.
She had to give her 8-week-old son, Alfie, a sort of paracetamol for babies through the mouth with a syringe that was part of the medication. But her baby thought very differently about it and spit it out again and again, so she got frustrated. Until she remembered a trick she had seen somewhere. She put the medicine in the syringe. Then she placed the syringe in the nozzle of the bottle and her son took the medicine as if he was drinking his milk.
Do you have any tips to make it easier to medicate your child?
