Forgetfulness during pregnancy: you really can

It is sometimes said jokingly that you become forgetful during your pregnancy, but it is now scientifically proven that there is basically nothing you can do.

Research showed that especially during the third trimester of your pregnancy your memory is like swiss cheese. Apparently you lose some more 'gray' matter from your brain during your pregnancy, as you can see in the video.

Forgotten appointments
This forgetfulness can persist even up to two years after your pregnancy. I myself have the feeling that it has never completely went away, because I have become famous for forgetting appointments because of the hustle and bustle of your life of care, family, work and social life. Even if I have noted them neatly in my diary.
