hiya ladies the consultant has told me that we will be getting induced at 38 weeks if babies havent arrived by then so i will be asking for an epidural if i go in to natural labour i will only be having gas and air as i have babies quickly ie 10lb baby in 3 mins lol so i never get the option of much pain relief but we have a way to go yet we are 17 weeks as of tuesday and going on holiday on thursday then the week after we get back we get to see the babies again and find out if we are having 2 boys 2 girls or 1 of each im so excited lol

I am ALL for the epidural!!! I have had one with all 3 of our DS`s. with my first the epidural didn`t work tho.. Major bummer. But the last 2 I was able to enjoy the delivery much more not being in so much pain! Best of luck with ur decision!!! :)

Great to see you, mummybee!! I was wondering, have you ladies decided on birth options yet? I had a complicated birth with DD#1, and she ended up having to be delivered by vacuum. I truly believe one of the factors was the epidural: while it was wonderful to be pain free, I couldn`t feel myself push whatsoever and I think that really prolonged my labor and I felt no sense of control. I am considering a drug-free labour this time, but I wish DH was more supportive.

So happy to see you here, Got3boyz! I agree, the layout is very confusing..I don`t like it at all:( I actually had to set up a new account b/c my login info didn`t work. I wonder if others are having that problem too...did you have to set up a new account?
