Hi everyone,
I`m over 8 weeks pregnant, however I only found out last week when the nausea kicked in, which was a huge surprise. I`ve gone off a lot of food, & right about now my diet consists of bread, potatoes & fruit mainly. I`m worried that the lack of nutrients is going to affect the baby.
